X Game Aspen Ski Trip, Jan 26th-28th

About this experience

I am excited to announce one of our 2024 Ikon Pass MTN KDS ski trips! The festivities sleeping arrangement will be Grand Lodge Basalt for 2 nights. This lodge is located about 20-25 minutes from aspen. The parking lot for buses to butter milk is about 17 minutes away. The dates are Friday January 26th - Sunday January 28th. This is the most affordable way to stay for Xgames weekend in Aspen.

There is one type of room. Its a studio (Single Room), two queen beds, with mini fridge, and microwave. There will be two people per bed (4 People Per Room) to keep it as affordable as possible.

There will also be a field during check out you can note the people you would like to bunk with if you have a preference. If you are coming solo or a duo we will have community rooms and split up the guys and gals.

Check in opens at 3:00 PM Friday. We will put everyone in a group me a month before for any additional info, car pools, and plans.

It will be $216 per person lodging for the weekend including all the taxes and fees. There will be 4 people per room to keep the cost down. Ski Passes Are Not Included.

If you cancel with at least 30 days notice you will be fully refunded. Please avoid cancelling under 30 days notice as this is a nightmare for the hotel systems and for room planning purposes, you will only receive a half refund as we will incur a change fee with the hotel.

FYI, All four Aspen Mountains are on the Ikon Pass. If you want to buy a day pass, they are pretty pricey in Aspen.
