I am excited to announce our second ski trip to Steamboat on the Base/Full Ikon Pass 25/26 season! Anyone is welcome to attend! Whether its your first event or 50th event! Come alone or come with friends! This is our big Ikon trip for the year!
There are 3 ticket options:
1) 1 Person - Guys Only Room $239.99 (4 People Per Room)
2) 1 Person - Ladies Only Room $239.99 (4 People Per Room)
3) 1 Room with 2 Queen Beds $799.99 (Good for 1-4 people)
If you would like to room with anyone specific, we will send out an email for roommate requests 2 months prior to trip.
The 3 ticket options cover lodging, daily resort fee, tourism taxes, patio après, carpool logistics, weekend itinerary, and arm bands. No ski passes included (Bring your own ikon pass). $15 Gravity Haus parking fee not included. Any overflow cars will have to park in the overnight garages. We try to make the upfront cost as affordable as possible for everyone!
Cancellation Policy - There is free cancellation on all tickets until August 1st 2025. We appreciate all early ticket purchasers to help us pay deposits! After August 1st, all single spot ($239.99 Tickets) cancellations will incur a $25.00 restocking fee. All 1 Room ($799.99 Tickets) cancellations will incur a $100.00 restocking fee. There are no refunds after Thursday November 13th (30 Days Prior to Event) No Exceptions!
We will organize an additional group dinner for $40 (Include Tip and Taxes) a person at a separate time for anyone interested. Not mandatory.
Lodging will be Gravity Haus Steamboat for 2 nights. This lodge is located right next to the gondola so you can ski in/ski out at your own leisure. We will have a bunch of on slope meet ups planned for the weekend and a patio après. More detailed itinerary will be posted when we have logistics nailed down. The dates are Friday December 12th - Sunday December 14th, 2025.
Communication - 2 months prior we will send an initial email for rooming requests and will add a link to put everyone in a Group Me for the weekend. If you dont see an email please double check your Junk folder or email us at mtnkds@hotmail.com. You can also DM us on Instagram.
There is one type of room. Its a studio (Single Room), with two queen beds. You can see the pictures for the room above and swipe through them. There will be two people per bed (4 People Per Room) to keep it as affordable as possible. We also have a whole room at a discounted rate if you would like to just get your own room.
Check in will be 4:00 PM Friday, but can typically park at Gravity Haus to ski Friday if the rooms aren't ready yet.
We always plan on doing our first MTN Meet Up at 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday to maximize the ski weekend.
