Moab Spring Camping Trip

MTN KDS is hosting a Trip from Denver, CO to Moab, UT.

We are excited to announce our second Moab Utah Trip! The festivities home base will be the Gold Bar Group Sites for 2 nights. The sites are located right outside Arches National Park and along one of the most scenic roads in Utah. The dates are Friday March 21st - Sunday March 23rd.

Cancelation Policy - Every Cancellation will incur a $10 restocking fee. We will give refunds up to 7 days prior to the event. Any cancellations under 7 days notification will not receive any refunds!! No Exceptions!

130 total people are allowed at the 4 group sites we have booked at this campground. We will be putting together a mandatory car pool sheet as we only have space for 54 cars. We will put everyone in a Group Me a couple weeks before the trip with all the details and to coordinate car pools.

Check in will be starting at 12:00 PM Friday and check out at 12 PM (Noon) on Sunday. Highly recommend taking Firday off as we will plan on going to Arches on Friday Night for a sunset hike to delicate arch and star gaze at the double O arch. Saturday we will all hike to Corona arch in the AM and Canyonlands on Sunday for those interested.

Communication - I will send out details in a mass email a month ahead of time. Double check your spam folder if you haven't received one. I will add a link to put everyone in a group chat so we can all communicate and coordinate rides.

Camping Gear If you don't have a tent/gear, don't fret. We should be able to find you a tent to share! We will have to share tents anyways as we have some restrictions to the amount of tents we can have.

No Pets No pets allowed as National Parks are not dog friendly. Especially, Tetons with all the animal activity.

Tents only- RVs, pop-ups, and trailers do not fit and are not permitted in the group tent camping sites.

Please do not bring firewood from outside. Help protect our public lands by buying local firewood in or near your destination campground. Firewood can spread insect pests and diseases that kill native trees.

Put away all food/trash in locked cars there are very likely visitors in the campground area. Safeguard yourselves by storing all food and aromatic items in the bearproof lockers or in your cars. Try to minimize food odors in your site. Do not leave food, coolers, or trash in unattended sites. Park rangers will ticket.
