I am excited to announce our 5th annual ski trip to Crested Butte on the Local/Full Epic Pass 25/26 season! Anyone is welcome to attend! Whether its your first event or 50th event! Come alone or come with friends! This is our big Epic Pass trip for the year! Ski in/ski out Elevation Hotel & Spa.
There are 3 ticket options:
1) 1 Person - Guys Only Room $254.99 (4 People Per Room)
2) 1 Person - Ladies Only Room $254.99 (4 People Per Room)
3) 1 Room with 2 Queen Beds $869.99 (Good for 1-4 people)
If you would like to room with anyone specific, we will send out an email for roommate requests 2 months prior to trip.
The 3 ticket options cover lodging, daily resort fee, tourism taxes, patio après, carpool logistics, weekend itinerary, and arm bands. No ski passes included (Bring your own epic pass). $15 parking fee not included. Any overflow cars will have to park in the snowmass lot. We will have a car pool sign up sheet (Highly recommend car pooling). We try to make the upfront cost as affordable as possible for everyone!
Cancellation Policy - There is free cancellation on all tickets until August 1st 2025. We appreciate all early ticket purchasers to help us pay deposits! After August 1st, all single spot ($254.99 Tickets) cancellations will incur a $25.00 restocking fee. All 1 Room ($869.99 Tickets) cancellations will incur a $100.00 restocking fee. There are no refunds after Wednesday December 10th (30 Days Prior to Event) No Exceptions!
We will have a complimentary spaghetti dinner for anyone interested 5PM-7PM on Friday January 9th. We got the penthouse suite for people to hangout in and have a gathering place.
Lodging will be Elevation Spa and Hotel for 2 nights. This lodge is located right at the base and is technically the only ski in/ski out hotel at CB. We will have a bunch of on slope meet ups planned for the weekend, patio après Saturday January 10th 3PM-5PM, and nightlife in town. More detailed itinerary will be posted when we have logistics nailed down. The dates are Friday January 9th - Sunday January 11th, 2026.
Communication - 2 months prior we will send an initial email for rooming requests and will add a link to put everyone in a Group Me for the weekend. If you don't see an email please double check your Junk folder or email us at mtnkds@hotmail.com. You can also DM us on Instagram.
There is one type of room. Its a studio (Single Room), with two queen beds. You can see the pictures for the room above and swipe through them. There will be two people per bed (4 People Per Room) to keep it as affordable as possible. We also have a whole rooms available if you would like to just get your own room.
Check in will be 4:00 PM Friday, but can park in the Hotel Parking Garage to ski Friday if the rooms aren't ready yet.
We always plan on doing our first MTN Meet Up at 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday to maximize the ski weekend.
