We are excited to announce our next cookout and first time camping at Cherry Creek State Park! The festivities home base will be Chief Ouray Group site. Right across the road from access to the lake. Come for the day between 3PM-10PM for the cookout/campfire or also stay the night by grabbing a camping spot (60) camping spot available for overnight. If you are not one of the people camping you will have to park in one of the public parking lots across the street. Only people camping overnight will be able to park at the campsite. 110 maximum people allowed during the event!

We will plan on doing a sunset walk on the beach after dinner, followed by a campfire, and for those camping a coffee walk in the morning in the State Park. We will also bring a volleyball net and games for the daytime.

There are 4 ticket options.

Opt 1: Day Tik for Cookout/Bonfire 3PM-10PM (BBQ Chicken Dinner) $13.00

Opt 2: Day Tik for Cookout/Bonfire 3PM-10PM (Steak Dinner) $21.00

Opt 3: Camping plus Cookout/Bonfire (BBQ Chicken Dinner) $25.00

Opt 4: Camping plus Cookout/Bonfire (Steak Dinner) $33.00

Communication - We will send out an email with more details a couple days before. If you are camping it is encouraged to car pool if possible so we can fit all the cars at our site! I'll put everyone in a Group Me a couple days before the event with all the details and to coordinate car pools if camping. If you don't see an email be sure to check the junk folder!

Camping Gear If you don't have a tent/gear, don't fret. We should be able to find you a tent to share! We will likely have to share a few to maximize space!

Restroom Pit Toilets

Pets are welcome in the campground, however, pets must not be left unattended. Pets MUST BE LEASHED and under control at all times, and clean up after them. Note pets are not allowed in National Parks.

Put away all food/trash in locked cars there are potential visitors in the campground area. Safeguard yourselves and the animals by storing all food and aromatic items in the bearproof lockers or in your cars. Try to minimize food odors in your site. Do not leave food, coolers, or trash in unattended sites.

CANCELLATIONS - Any cancellations will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee. We will give refunds up to 5 days prior to the event minus restocking fee. Any cancellations under 5 days notification will not receive any refunds!! No Exceptions!
