Crested Butte Ski Trip 2025, Jan 24th-26th

I am excited to announce our 4th annual Crested Butte Ski Trip on the Epic Pass! This $225.00 Ticket only includes lodging. No ski passes included. We will have a bunch of activities/logistics planned for the weekend. The festivities home base will be Grand Lodge Crested Butte for 2 nights. This lodge is located right at the base of the slopes so you can ski in/ski out at your leisure, if you wanted to do your own thing. The dates are Friday January 24th - Sunday January 26th, 2025. This is the most affordable way to stay at a place right on the base of the mountain! We will add everyone to a Group Me for the weekend.

There is one type of room. Its a spacious studio (Single Room), with kitchenet, and two King beds. One of the King beds folds down from the wall for night time. You can see the pictures for the room above and swipe through them. There will be two people per bed (4 People Per Room) to keep it as affordable as possible. There will also be a field you can note the people you would like to bunk with if you have a preference. If you are coming solo or a duo we will have community rooms and split up the guys and gals.

If you would like your own bed just buy two spots for yourself and note it in the roommatres request spot!

Check in will be 4:00 PM Friday. We will have a whole weekend of activities planned and will put everyone in a Group Me a month and a half before the trip.

It will be $225 per person for the weekend. This includes the daily resort fee and absurd MTN Town taxes as well. There will be 4 people per room to keep the cost down. Though we will have some 2 person room options this year. Ski Passes Are Not Included. If you want to buy a day pass I would do it now while they are still on sale.

Parking - It is hard to find parking for a group this size at the base of the mountain. We are only guaranteed 1 car parking spot per room at the hotel. So if we have a lot of extra cars we will have to park people in a lot closer to town. We did this last year and the free bus system makes it easy to get back once you drop off your stuff. We will create a car pool sheet for anyone looking to car pool.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel with at least 31 days notice you will be fully refunded. Any cancellations under 31 days notice will not be refunded, no exceptions. The hotel does not let us make any roster changes for the group under 30 days. It is final after 30 days.
