Aspen Ski Trip 2025, Feb 7th - 9th

I am excited to announce one of our 2025 Ikon Pass Plus MTN KDS ski trips! The festivities sleeping arrangement will be Grand Lodge Basalt for 2 nights. This lodge is located about 20-25 minutes from aspen. The transit parking lot for free buses is about 16 minutes away. Snowmass is about 16 minutes away. There is a bus stop across from our hotel that can be taken into town for approx. $2.00 each way. The dates are Friday February 7th - February 9th. This is the most affordable way to do a weekend in Aspen. We highly recommend coming early on Friday to get another ski day in for Aspen. We will try to hit a different mountain each day! Everyone will be provided with an arm band for the ski slopes.

Friday - Aspen Mountain Downtown Aspen, Check in Hotel Starts at 3PM, Get on bus for downtown aspen to a couple bars at 7:45 PM. Back on Bus by 11:40 PM to go back to hotel.

Saturday - Snowmass Mountain, Food/Karaoke at Stubbys Basalt

Sunday - Check out and Hit Buttermilk Mountain.

There is one type of room. Its a studio (Single Room), two queen beds, with mini fridge, and microwave. There will be two people per bed (4 People Per Room) to keep it as affordable as possible.

There will also be a field during check out you can note the people you would like to bunk with if you have a preference. If you are coming solo or a duo we will have community rooms and split up the guys and gals.

Check in opens at 3:00 PM Friday. We will put everyone in a group me a month before for any additional info, car pools, and plans.

It will be $220 per person lodging for the weekend including all the taxes and fees. There will be 4 people per room to keep the cost down. Ski Passes Are Not Included.

If you cancel with at least 31 days notice you will be fully refunded minus a $15 restocking fee. There will be no refunds under 30 days notice as this is a nightmare for the hotel systems and they don't allow room changes under 30 days.

FYI, All four Aspen Mountains are on the Ikon Plus Pass . If you want to buy a day pass, they are pretty pricey in Aspen.
